With the same-sex marriage decision, the San Francisco Giants get another big win

If you didn’t think I’d find a baseball angle for some big, putatively non-baeball news of the day, well, you just don’t know me very well.

The Supreme Court today ruled that laws against same-sex marriage violate the Constitution. Good for the Supreme Court for doing the right thing and great for the millions of people who can now do what everyone else could do and marry the person they love.

The San Francisco Giants signed on to one of the many supporting briefs in the same-sex marriage case. Giants President Larry Baer said this in that brief:
